Returns and refunds

  • If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I unfortunately cannot offer you a refund
  • To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, a refund can be issued within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact me by email at artmcreations@gmail.com before returning the package. 
  • In case of refunds, it typically takes up to 7 business days to complete and post to your credit card statement.
  • Custom orders: sorry, but I cannot accept returns on custom orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will be happy to
    try to find a solution with you.
  • If you have any concerns about anything, please contact me at artmcreations@gmail.com and if possible, send me a picture of the item so I can better understand where the problem is.
  • Sale items: Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping fees are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I do not guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
